Building your Learner’s Confidence

HOW teachers correct their students, despite what action/behavior needs to be corrected, is a huge puzzle piece in building the child’s confidence. In this workshop, I teach teachers how to address a child’s behavior, while still building them up.

A young woman with red hair points to a large wall chart or poster with illustrations, while two other women, one with dark hair and another with lighter hair, look on; the woman with the red hair holds a notebook and pen.

3 Key Takeaways:

  1. Build up your learner’s confidence, even they get the answers wrong

  2. What is the head, heart, mouth connection?

  3. Help your students to express their needs

Sometimes kids make choices that don’t make any sense… one of the reasons for this is because brains, males’ and females’ alike, don’t reach maturity and full development until the age 25. Hence the need for correction, discipline, and discipleship from various adults! Equip your teachers with how to use their words to bring life to their students, even when correcting behaviors.
