Making Every Moment Count
When my son came home and said, “My teacher told us to just memorize the information to take the test, and then we could forget about it!” I knew there was a tremendous problem needing to be addressed. Students should not be attending school to ace tests; but rather, to apply learned content to their everyday lives. In this workshop, I present ways that teachers can teach students to be lifelong learners, not good test takers.
